  • chicken thigh 150 gr
  • fresh ginger sliced 50 gr
  • garlic chopped 15 gr
  • sliced chili 10 gr
  • black ear mushroom
  • spring onion 2 gr
  • soy sauce 15 gr
  • oyster sauce 20 gr
  • sugar 10 gr
  • white pepper 2 gr


Chop the chicken thigh, garlic, ginger, chili and spring onion,

Stir fry the chicken and add vegetables.

Flavour with oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and pepper.

Stir-fry until all ingredients are thoroughly and consistently combined and serve.
